Shipping Fees

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (if available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
ENJAY is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to ENJAY. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
International Orders
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
